[x3d-public] Remove JSON based prototype Expander from X3DOM? Test JSON prototypes with Andreas' extensions?

I'm trying to recall if we tested X3D JSON Protos in X3DOM?

I'm wondering if we can remove the prototype expander found in these files?

./src/nodes/Networking/Inline.js
./src/util/json/PrototypeExpander.js
./src/Runtime.js

JSON support will remain, but I don't know if JSON ProtoDeclare's are 
possible without the prototype expander?

Note:  JSON is translated to DOM trees.

Something to test.
