[x3d-public] Netbeans snap version: netbeans.conf on read-only partition on Kubuntu 20.10 (no action)

These netbeans.conf files are on a read-only partition on Linux, thus 
root really can't edit them:

/snap/netbeans/45/netbeans/etc/netbeans.conf
/snap/netbeans/48/netbeans/etc/netbeans.conf

Did make the change when suggested by X3DJSAIL build to:

/etc/netbeans.conf

Making users rely on administrators to configure their IDE is kind of 
onerous.

No action is required.

Is there a netbeans.conf that can be changed by an ordinary user?
