4. Mantis issue review.

a. HAnimJoint stiffness field, SFVec3f rather than MFFloat

- make X3D consistent with HAnim, both for type and value
- always a 3-tuple, default 0 0 0
- improved wording in HAnim spec for clarity

b. Unquoted SFString values in MFString attributes
