Turbosquid ( https://www.turbosquid.com ) is an extensive catalog of high quality 3D models, most of which cost money to download.

A search on turbosquid reveals several choices for this model of Mercedes, among them this one: https://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/mercedes-benz-190-3d-model-1513795 .

This and other models are not free downloads, but they are  considerably less expensive than the real thing. See the turbosquid site for current prices, but they range up to approximately $200.

Several proprietary formats available, as well as obj which can be converted to X3D with the help of this tutorial page: https://www.web3d.org/obj-format-x3d-conversion
