Sorry, but I feel that some of your questions are off-topic on this list.

This list is about X3D -- about the X3D standard, about the related
software, about related 3D standards and software. Technical talk how
to use X3D, how to improve X3D etc. is most welcome here.

There are lots of people here, I bet most of us work at some companies
and/or manage some companies :) But your question in this thread
(about company manager not answering) is not really about X3D. It
would be more suited to be posted on dedicated LinkedIn groups /
StackOverflow hubs dedicated to talking about job experiences.

( I'm not a moderator or anything of this mailing list, so apologies
if I speak out of turn. Others may freely disagree with me :) )
