I would suggest you try to use the Blender application (www.blender.org <http://www.blender.org/>) which is open-source and can be used for no cost. It offers a graphic user interface for creating 3D models as well as lighting and animation effects. Your resulting work can be saved as an x3d file.

3D modelling and authoring using Blender  or any other application, is a skill requiring practice and training.
