[x3d-public] Create Ajv++ browser bundle for X3DJSONLD

Someone with experience creating JavaScript browser bundles could help me
with X3DJSONLD.   I know of browserify and webpack.   I’ve used browserify
once or twice but I didn’t test the results.   webpack is a mystery.   I
think somehow, I have to get rid of requires from node.js code.

There may be more recent tech to inform me of.
