[x3d-public] Scenes generation

Try looking here for some tools. But maybe the hardest to find part is the automagical code generation part of an authoring tool. Right now people are figuring how to get shapes, textures, and animations to happen some other way than tediously authoring each point, triangle, light, and ultimately each delivered interactive pixel or volume by wave of hand or word or thought instead of keyboard and mouse.

Are there any tools for fast generation of scenes, maybe with converting from other formats? 
I have seen some obj to x3d tools, need fast creating with mouse and code generation
