[x3d-public] Oops, X3DJSONLD pom.xml (maven) moving from Saxon HE 9.7 to Saxon HE 10.6

In the middle of all this, I discovered my  pom.xml (maven script) has not
been upgraded to the latest Saxon (oops).

So I'll be working on that.
