[x3d-public] X3DParticleEmitter node inherit fromX3DChildNode(rather than X3DNode)

It sounds like it may be worth  making an x3d node with these semantics...

Perhaps this could be considered as part of a general solutions that would
work with those other specs Andreas mentioned:
