[x3d-public] EnvironmentLight, NurbsSet JSON schema

Since there has been no feedback on creating a ParametricGeometrySet that
more clearly smooths non-Nurbs surfaces, and NurbsSet is specifically for
Nurbs surfaces, I have released a new X3D JSON schema at:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/coderextreme/X3DJSONLD/master/src/main/schema/x3d-4.0-JSONSchema.json

Also, EnvironmentLight has been deleted from the X3D 4.0 schema.

I will further pursue X3DJSAIL validation of X3D JSON from the archive.
