[x3d-public] Video to 3D, 3D to Video. Last two pieces

Although text prompt to 3D seems attractive, and AI that converts 3D to
video might be fun,   There are already tools to do this.   If someone
knows a good video to 3d package let me know (Kinect, LeapMotion,
PrimeSense, LIDAR, etc).  Probably the DPS Working group has a good
collection of tools?

Also, 3D to video is done by standard X3 D browsers.
