[x3d-public] side-by-side visual regression tester

suitable for desktop graphics programs, shows 2 programs running side by
side with same scene for comparison, for example comparing to an older
version of the same program, or 2 different programs that show the same
scene file. Human operator has a few seconds to score with a keyboard
hit, before the scene is changed.
- runs on windows 10/11.
- could perhaps be adapted to linux.
