Excellent catch, thank you.  Subtle problem with url links to latest X3D4

Also found/updated a series of links to x3dgraphics.com examples archives,
which have moved to Web3D origin so that X3DOM editor might work with a
CORS-trusted server.

*	X3D for Advanced Modeling (X3D4AM)

Using Apache NetBeans and X3D-Edit, found fixed and committed corrections to
160 pages.

 

Full deployment will continue as circumstances permit, here on Planet
Siggraph!  8)
