[x3d-public] Prototype testers wanted, C++: JSON-> XML

I’ve got a standalone JSON to XML converter for those encodings of X3D
models.

It’s written in C++.

The next step is to find memory leaks, but this program should not run for
a long time until those leaks are found.

Also, someone could write a batch round-tripper that uses X3dToJson.xslt
and my jsondiff.js in X3DJSONLD.
