[x3d-public] Douglas Crockford: Promises, async/await not good

I’m hearing that pipelining is advancing in the JavaScript spec, a good
thing, IMO!

Another thing Douglas said was message passing was the way to go, echoing
Alan Kay.

Where’s VMS and BLISS when you need them?
