[x3d-public] X3DJSONLD Classic VRML inlines.

I am preparing changes to X3DJSONLD server to deliver Inlined Classic VRML
files with an .x3dv extension.  AFAIK, this will only work with X_ITE for
the X3DJSONLD server.  I doubt if I'll have time to test it.

So if you have a scene that you want to specify a src or url with .x3dv
extension, then my server will deliver it with content-type model/x3d+vrml.
