[x3d-public] announce: X3DJSAIL update for X3D Java

Great work, Don!

I am still struggling to delete my Shape children of HAnimJoint as of last
night, an issue with X3DJSONLD/src/main/data/JohnJoint3.x3d.  X3DJSAIL does
issue a correct report based on X3DUOM and XML Schema.
