[x3d-public] Updates for X3DJSONLD —soon i hope

Repairs for don.sh are coming soon, patched up java compilation and program
execution.   This affects donlocal.sh and donall.sh, but classpath
configuration is also affected—nearly all shell scripts are affected.
Changing from /home to C:/Users primarily.   You’ll need to update your
user name as always.

GUI is still being tested and developed—not ready for release yet.

Hopefully after don.sh is fixed, I’ll be able to fix the JavaSerializer.js
or configuration mapToMethod2.js.  Would love to see some of these moved
into mapToMethod.js, python generator and perhaps X3DUOM/X3DJSAIL if not
already there.
