[x3d-public] Fixes to X3DJSONLD, xmldiff.mjs, jsondiff.mjs

To my surprise, apparently the nodejs  npm glob module made an incompatible
update to the glob function, so i used the globSync function to match file
names bc instead.

This changes flow a bit and I hope this doesn’t confuse anyone.

I need to do many cross compares between original and new diffs, plus do
roundtripping.

I will try to let people know when the roundtrips are done and checked in.

I still have rendering testing to do as well.
