[x3d-public] announce: X3D-Edit 4.0.28 available as NetBeans plugin

We're excited to report that X3D-Edit 4.0.28 is now available as a NetBeans
17 plugin!

 

If you have Java 18+ and Netbeans 17 installed,

 

*	https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads
*	https://netbeans.apache.org

 

then go to Plugins > Available Plugins tab > sort > X3D-Edit 4.0 Module >
Install button.  Progress screenshots:

This release has the same functionality as the prior 4.0.27 release, but has
migrated from SourceForge to Github and Maven Central for integration with
the NetBeans Trusted Plugin Portal architecture.
