[x3d-public] Problems with XSLT maintenance issues?

Are you having difficulty maintaining XSLT code?  Do you wish you could
convert it to something else?

Imagine writing XSLT to convert your XSLT code to JavaScript code! That's
the goal of this project!

It's an excellent research project, but I'm not sure anyone can finish it.

I've made a first attempt at this, several years ago. Unfortunately I am a
prototyper.  Finishers welcome!

My Indian friend couldn't grok this the for the longest time.

Maybe an AI could do this?
