[x3d-public] FileDialog popup in X3D-Edit

Yes, improvements to CORS servers are welcome, especially setting
Content-Type for shaders.  I can do that on my local server, but there’s no
way to affect that in X3D-Edit if you guys have not already set content
type.

I also have been experimenting with Sunrize, a new standalone browser based
on Electron and X_ITE.  Very exciting to see standalone and web browser
working the same!
