[x3d-public] Problem with menu and fieldValues for menu

I don't get it.  The prototype based menu views in FreeWRL 6.7, but not in
X_ITE, FreeWRL.

There are numerous errors in X3D-Edit, but I don't get it and there are too
many.

CGE model viewer also shows field errors, but I don't grasp them.

X3DJSAIL show some errors unrelated to menu, AFAICT.

I will comment out the humanoid and try again.
