[x3d-public] These dates in the JSON archive zip are current unparseable by d3.js

These files, in the JSON Examples zip on the X3D Resources page currently
have unparseable dates using d3.js parsing routines, using what i know of
as "Standard X3D" dates.  I'm not saying they couldn't be parsed with
something else.  Suggestions are welcome!

Perhaps creating a new zip would be appropriate?  I've not spot checked the
.x3d yet.  The JSON zip could be out of date?

A quick check of
https://www.web3d.org/x3d/content/examples/Vrml2.0Sourcebook/Chapter17Textures/Figure17_07bTexturedLightningBoltIndex.html
reveals
a comma!
