[x3d-public] X3DJSONLD: not supporting X_ITE component for X3DJSAIL yet.

X3DJSONLD will not be supporting X_ITE component until I make changes to
X3DJSAIL to add the X_ITE component.
Putting Tangent into Rendering for X3DJSAIL might be tricky, I am not
sure.  I will need to regenerate fieldTypes.js and mapToMethod.js to add
X_ITE fields and methods for the serialzers.  I will have to regenerate the
X3Dautoclass.* files to support new nodes.

X3D JSON Schema should fully support the X_ITE component, let me know of
issues.  One is the Tangent node is in the X_ITE component currently.  I
need to look at new updates to X3DUOM from Holger.
