[x3d-public] Wishlist: X3DJSAIL optional validation of XML input.

Due to long MF fields which can’t be validated with current OpenJDK Pattern
class, provide a way in X3DJSAIL to skip pattern validation of extremely
long XML attributes on input.  Converting XML to Java (outside of X3DJSAIL)
is current work around.
