Some scripts don't work (they are inside the scene).

One that puzzles me is flowers2.x3d in X3DOM vs FreeWRL/Octaga. I'm
guessing it's a script thing, but the script is kind of working. Maybe it's
the ProtoDeclares.

See FreeWRL and Octaga (minus shaders that probably aren't programmed
right) for "correct" behavior. Getting the shaders working should be
trivial.

I'm pushing to get X_ITE working mainly (see personal.html link on previous
pages).  X3DOM would be nice to have.
