[x3d-public] Portable MFVec3f constructor in ECMAScript SAI/binding

I ran into a case in ECMAScript where:

field = MFVec3f([sfvec3f0, sfvec3f1])

Works in some browsers and not in others.

I know a workaround, I will try it.

I do know that there’s usually one way to do things.

This may be a common theme that I need to fix in my code.
