[x3d-public] announce: X3D-Edit v4.0.24 release

Another quarterly release of Apache NetBeans 22 and Java OpenJDK 22 is accompanied by a similarly successful update to X3D-Edit.

Installation is pretty easy:  first install Apache NetBeans integrated development environment (IDE) then Tools > Plugins to inspect and install.  Further screenshots and directions are available on the X3D-Edit page. 100% open source, free for any purpose.
