[x3d-public] X3D translated to Blender Python; centers

I realize we really want to translate X3D to Blender Python, no addon
needed, but I’m not there, I’m still working out mappings in the Blender
addon. Perhaps someone could ask an AI how to translate X3D to Blender
Python.  It might be faster.
================================
I recently ran a test with nested Transforms containing different centers,
and a box within the Transforms at each level. During animation, the Boxes
all started in the same location. All I was doing was rotating, but
somehow the centers affected where the boxes ended up, like there was a
PositionInterpolator.

I am befuddled if someone wants to help. I tried reading the standard,
but I didn’t see a place where it said a Transform creates a local
coordinate system. I realize that translations are relative to the
immediate parent, but for centers, IDK.

Help!
