[x3d-public] Heads up on NavigationInfo.type

I am now requiring NavigationInfo.type to have full MFString nested quoting
without \’s in .x3d files. This will allow easy transition to other
encodings and bindings.
I was getting “ON” instead of “NONE”
This applies to X3DJSONLD.js and thus all JSON to _____ conversions.
Sorry for the quick fix, it was the expedient thing to do.
I apologize if this creates a problem.
If someone screams loud enough (maybe me), I will put back \ filtering.
John
