[x3d-public] A problem with X3DJSAIL is no longer a problem AFAICT

The stackoverflow problem which zapped parameters in my X3D DOM document is
no longer affecting me. One does need to use the -Xss1g parameter to Java,
and <jvmarg>-Xss1g</jvmarg> in ant.
I guess 1g is the largest stacksize on Windows.
I'm glad I didn't file a bug report with Oracle.
If someone wants to revisit, load JinLOA4.x3d into X3DJSAIL with
X3DLoaderDOM.java, then write back out as X3D, using toFileX3D() or some
such. I'm kind of afraid, and sticking with JavaScript SAI with X3DJSAIL
in the short term.
