[x3d-public] X3D Text/FontStyle nodes for glTF and OpenUSD

Anyone?  An API? A start with new X3D nodes?  I know we can’t standardize
without implementation.  How about starting with doing SVG extrusions?


An idea is to draw text along the path of an Extrusion spine path, along
with extruded 3D text (ala X3DOM).  Here’s some inspiration:
