[x3d-public] X3D futures. Inline, ROUTEs and IMPORT/EXPORT

I want ROUTEs and Inlines for HTML.  Sure, probably possible with painful
ECMAScript.

The point is to have a package such that I can launch after saving as
.glb.  Don McCurdy solved that for me for Blender, but you smothered the
conversation with BS.
