Here’s more tentative information for a data source for several sign
languages data sets.  Unfortunately, Protactile is not yet included.

If one is building a simulated signer or mannequin/robotic signer,
especially for describing 3D graphics scenes, please let me know.  I know
Don sent information on one company.

I’ll look for more information on Protactile data sources.
