[x3d-public] announce: updates to X3D Example Archives, added X3D Developers Guide

I’d like to discuss additions to X3DUOM to handle length of
OrthoViewpoint.fieldValue MFFloat type, since it’s 4 numbers long.
We can Zoom when convenient, but I’ll probably find a way to add it to my
schema(s).
I already have defaults for each SFFloat, but I’d like an extra check if
they provide an empty array, or any number of elements except 4. There
are minItems and maxItems in arrays, so it should be easy!
Thanks!
John
