[x3d-public] LayoutGroup derived from X3DNode

If LayoutGroup is to be derived from X3DNode, then there is the problem that LayoutGroup can no longer be a child of a LayoutGroup, but that is already specified and makes a lot of sense. Why: LayoutGroup children/addChildren/removeChildren only accept X3DChildNode nodes as type.

In 36.4.2 LayoutGroup is written:
Thus, a LayoutGroup can only be a child of a LayoutLayer node or another LayoutGroup node.
