[x3d-public] InlineGeometry node and PLY format support in Castle Game Engine

Hi, Michalis, Seeing Gaussian Splat PLYs renderered with humanoid animation
would be cool to see.  With your expertise in binary formats and binary
PLY, probably an easy next step!
