MCCF V3 Specs

The following are documents pertaining to the ongoing MCCF/X3D design 
and implementation effort.  Version 2 is complete and being tested.  A 
User Guide and Test Procedure will be avaialable in the GitHub after 
public release.

These documents contain proto integration for X3D.  Following are theory 
and next version proposals.  There is a method document outlining how 
this work is being coordinated among multiple LLMs, a technique that is 
proven effective.
