[x3d-public] request: FontLibrary example

I’m going to try to create one for AnchorMenu.x3d, Don, to achieve a common
looking font across x3d browsers.

Maybe you can extract Python or XML from my example.  It will be under
Apache License.

Checking V4.1 now.  Then dinner.
