[x3d-public] Anchors to .x3d

One thing I’d like to see is full support for Anchor nodes  to .x3d urls in
all X3D browsers.  Also Anchor nodes to .html urls  (possibly launching an
external browser), if not already done, would be a nice to have.  I haven’t
tested this much.  I know that Octaga launches an external web browser for
.x3d files (why?).

How do we encourage this?  A hackathon with prizes?
