[x3d-public] Blog posting on IIIF 3D API

A quick correction, the name of the Consortium that is developing the 3D API is the International Image Interoperability Framework. 

Using this organization name in a promotional posting is like a seafood restaurant requiring its patrons to enter through  the kitchen.
