[x3d-public] [heritage] Blog posting on IIIF 3D API

Looks good Don.  It sounds like X3D JSON might have been used, and
certainly glTF.   X_ITE is certainly capable of both.   I am also
leveraging X_ITE’s capability to convert from XML to JSON, and perhaps that
should be highlighted too!  I couldn’t pull it off, but Holger  and you
certainly did, thanks a bunch!
