[x3d-public] X3D for virtual 3D information spaces

Question in today's excellent Metaverse Standard Forum (MSF) session on
geospatial capabilities

> To what extent are we seeing X3D use for creating virtual 3D information
> spaces, as distinct from representations of things in the physical world?
> If at all?


It is relatively easy to create data-driven X3D models and worlds.  We've
seen several examples over the years, perhaps you have one that you think
is a good exemplar.  If so please share, it will be good to see some
current practice.
