[x3d-public] MCCF Philosophy Document (X3D with AI)

Given this work originated in
Work that began here decades ago (HumanML),
it seems fair to leave this.

Prototype code exists and will be posted
to GitHub.

X3D is included in the design for visualization and
Simulation.  This is desktop application not yet extended
to networks.

This effort which triangulates among multiple LLMs demonstrates
a breeding concept for applying AI in
Multi agent design.

The MCCF can be applied to other projects where
Affective Layer data is relevant.

This is a blog entry because that is convenient and
enables me to maintain context given
context limits of modern chatbots.

I am retired so this is an indie effort.
