One more thing I noticed is that npx isn’t mentioned.

So something like:

npx x3test -u …

Should download and run x3test and run.

If you want the latest copy, try:

npx x3test at latest -u …

or npx x3test at version …

This isn’t tested by me, but I commonly use npx with sunrize to launch
multiple scenes into sunrize (great feature, holger).   This saves a lot of
time going through a lot of test scene.

If we could get an Electron viewer (is there one?) for X3DOM, awesome!
