The common databases that I'm aware of all have a command line client, usually with an obvious name<br>
<br>
MySql, for example, has mysql as a client allowing querying databases<br>
<br>
sqlite has sqlite3 as a client<br>
<br>
SQL Server has one, which I forget the name of.<br>

postgres has 'pg'<br>
