We've started to get some filters that are sharing parameter names. 
I've created a new convention for filter params that can namespace the 
parameters.

So for a filter named TextureTransform you could specify its params in 
two ways:

filter TextureTransform foo.x3dv bar.x3dv -defFilter VOL_1

or

filter TextureTransform foo.x3dv bar.x3dv  -TextureTransform:defFilter VOL_1

Will start applying across filters we work on them.
