[Source] Repositories for ODE, JOGL and JOAL

I was able build a 64bit Mac OS X version of ODE (0.11.1) from the
repository here: http://ode.org

It at least got the physics based models to render again in the NPS
branch.  It will require a change to some of the trunk code base, add a
new dependency lib (as this version dropped it's old dependency on
vecmath), and a new odejava-jni.jar.



I see that java.net still offers source code for building both JOAL and
JOGL:
